We offer a wide variety of gift baskets for just about any occasion or person in your life. From everyday gifts like “thinking of you,” get well, housewarming, and corporate gift baskets to seasonal favorites, there’s something for everyone. We’re especially proud to offer baskets for cats and dogs so your furry family members can join in on the fun.

We also update our holiday collections throughout the year, making it easy to find the perfect gift for Easter, Christmas, and more.

Can I customize a gift basket?

Absolutely! We offer a custom basket option where you can choose exactly what goes inside, and we’ll bring it all together for you. While our pre-made baskets can’t be customized right now, they’re carefully curated with popular, family-friendly favorites to make gift giving simple and special.

Do you use local or handmade products?

We use local and handmade goods when appropriate. To maintain a consistent quality with each of our baskets, we use highly vetted companies that can accommodate large orders and are packed with shipping safety in mind.

Do you offer pre-made baskets or only custom ones?

We offer both pre-made and custom baskets! If you’re short on time, our curated baskets make gift giving simple and stress-free. For something more personal, you can build a custom basket filled with all your recipient’s favorite things.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Our standard shipping times vary depending on your location, though it generally takes anywhere from a few days to a week to receive your basket. We do offer a next-day shipping option, though that comes with an additional shipping cost.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all 50 states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii has an additional shipping cost.

Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

We offer a next-day shipping option. However, that is not our standard shipping option, so there may be an additional charge.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs $16.95 per basket. This means if you order two different baskets, you would pay a total of $33.90 for shipping. Please note that these prices are subject to change for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii or next-day shipping options.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?

Yes, we can certainly schedule the delivery for a specific date! This is perfect for people who are looking to gift a basket for a birthday, holiday party, or housewarming party.

Can I include a personalized message?

Yes, you can include personalized messages in your baskets! If you’d like to include a personalized message in your order, please reach out to katandbill2004@aol.com.

Do you offer branded or corporate gift baskets?

Yes, we do offer branded and corporate gift baskets to add an extra special touch to your company retreats or holiday parties. Please note that we need a 1-month lead time to accommodate your order. For corporate gifting ordering, reach out to katandbill2004@aol.com.

What items are included in your baskets?

Our baskets include a variety of items, including stuffed animals, dog and cat toys, savory snacks, sweet treats, and dog and cat treats, bones, and meal toppers. We source these items from different suppliers, and they all come to us fully packaged.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan, etc.)?

We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions where possible. We are not able to make substitutions for every basket. If you have questions about a specific product, please reach out to katandbill2004@aol.com. We would be more than happy to let you know if and what types of substitutions are available.

Can I request specific items or brands?

Yes, you can request specific items or brands when placing a custom basket order, and we’ll do our best to include your preferences depending on item availability. Our pre-made baskets, however, feature carefully selected items and brands to create a high-quality gift experience.

How much do your gift baskets cost?

Our gift baskets range from $19.99 to $119.99, depending on the materials used and the size of the basket. We strive to accommodate different budgets across our selection.

Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for bulk and corporate gifting orders!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. If you place an order through Etsy, we also accept Link, Etsy gift cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We cannot make any changes to our premade baskets after you place your order. If you’ve ordered a custom basket and would like to make a change after ordering, please reach out to katandbill2004@aol.com. Our ability to accommodate your request depends on the items you’d like to change, what you’d like to replace them with, and whether we have shipped your basket.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
